Shoto Todoroki

Shoto Todoroki (轟焦凍 Todoroki Shōto) is one of the students from U.A High School. He is training to become a Pro Hero. He is from Class 1-A. His Quirk is Half-Cold Half-Hot. Todoroki's Japanese voice actor is Yūki Kaji. His English dub voice is by David Matranga.


Todoroki is also the fourth child and youngest child of Endeavor.

Appearance

Todoroki is tall young man with a muscular build. He has short hair that is split in the middle being white at the right-side and red at the left. His eye is gray at the right eye and turquoise at the left with a burn scar on the eye.

In his first hero costume, he wore a plain white long-sleeved collar shirt, white pants and white boots. He wears a gold-color combat vest and his entire left side in covered in ice except for his boots and fist, his eye has a red circle.

In his second hero costume, he wears a dark blue jacket with a strap at the collar, dark blue pants and a grey combat vest. He wears a brown and white belt and white boots.

Personality

Todoroki is cold but cool.

He has a deep grudge against his father, Endeavor.

Quirk and Abilities

Half-Cold Half-Hot: Todoroki's Quirk allows him to him to create ice on his right side and fire from his left. He can low the temperatures of objects by touch and create ice walls and he can raise the temperature and blasts flames. With his ice he is able to immobilize his enemy and if the enemies foot are frozen, can tear the bottom skin of their foot. He also uses his ice a s barriers or to block enemy's vision. Todoroki, while during the battle against Midoriya, accidentally created an explosion due to sudden temperature change.

Todoroki has enhanced durability as he can take many punches and a One For All punch in the stomach without much injuries. He is also has enhanced strength and speed as he was able to dodge knifes being thrown to his face. Todoroki is known to be one of the strongest students in his class.

Weaknesses

If Todoroki overuses his ice powers, he can get frostbite, where frost starts covering his skin, hence, makes his speed and ice powers speed decrease, but this can be overcome by simply using his fire powers. 

As Stain said, Todoroki relies too much on his Quirk. Todoroki is capable of using his Quirk simultaneously, but is not quite use to doing that and still need practice.
